So, today was Kindergarten orientation. Owen officially starts on Thursday. Things went pretty well today, we met his teacher, figured out where the bus will drop him off and where his teacher will meet him. We found out that he will know a couple of kids in his class so I'm glad he has a head start on making friends.
What's funny is, a client previously contacted me for photos and after reading my blog, she realized that her daughter is in Owen's class. We were actually sitting right next to each other during orientation and didn't know it!
I've been receiving a ton of referrals lately and I just wanted to thank anyone who has ever referred me to someone. It means a lot to know that you like my work and would recommend me to others! Especially, my loyal blog readers who keep me inspired to update regularly!

Remember when we were in kindergarten? MAN! Those were the days! Biggest task we had was trying to get our milk open at snack time... but the teacher could always help us if we couldn't.

Did you use a backdrop for the white or black background, or did you photoshop? I'd love to take photos like that!
Oh PS! I drove by the exit to New Prague last weekend and thought of you! I was on my way to a wedding down near Worthington. That was a LONG drive!!
