I promise to catch up on blogging next week! I've been focusing on getting photos out in a timely manner and something had to give, unfortunately it was blogging. I know you're all excited to see your photos from your session or wedding (just had another today), and I'm just as excited to show them to you! It's just like getting a new outfit- you want to put it on and wear it the next day. That's how I feel after I shoot something and why this blog has been great for me. It's my way of "showing off." ;)

Every photographer I know has had the busiest October ever, which is great, but busy is just busy! November is beginning to fill up but I'm hoping for more open weekdays. Workflow is getting better and I'm hoping to have photos out in more of a timely manner. It's hard when I shoot almost every day because I desperately need days off to be home editing and doing normal day to day things like laundry, grocery shopping, cooking, and cleaning.

I'm starting to get excited for the holidays! Normally I get annoyed when Christmas gets brought up earlier and earlier in the year, but have now realized the build up to Christmas is often more exciting than the day's events themselves. My boys are already going nuts seeing things on TV and wanting everything! The "Santa" card is now in play! Santa doesn't bring toys to naughty boys! lol Aidan for some reason has been extra naughty lately- such as dumping out his sippy cup, unrolling two entire rolls of toilet paper, and opening 5 small bottles of acrylic paint and squirting the paint out everywhere- for no apparent reason! I guess being 3 is an excuse, but I know he knows better!

Anyway, I hope everyone is doing great- it wouldn't hurt if friends and family would drop me a line and let me know how they're doing! Everyone reads my blog and knows how I'm doing but doesn't tend to reciprocate! I just think everyone need a blog. :) Just like a cell phone.

Oh- I ordered the boys some cute photo clothes and hope to do a shoot with them next week. I haven't taken a photo of my own children in weeks!
