Laurie's son Max got his 6-year pictures done today for Grammy. Carolyn has a tradition with all of her grandkids where she has their photos done at this age and displays them framed in her hallway. Her previous photographer was unable to do them so she hired me to carry on the tradition. I was honored! There were a few stipulations to follow. All had to be shot horizontally, which is a challenge for me since I'm such a vertical shooter. Also, all were shot indoors in Grammy's house with some piece of furniture visible in the background. Finally, they are all in black and white which was exciting for me to be able to use the black and white setting on my camera and not have to change it in Photoshop. She only needed two actual pictures from the entire session so I'm hoping that I acheived her expectations.
